The rug would be ruined, though. There's a shit-ton of fluid during a birth.

Martrae, you right, theres a shitload of fluid and then the baby comes. ahahahah, it's fuckin trip. But it's a natural thing. haw this thread just freaked me out. Childbirth is something you should all do. It's the best.

Are you fucking stupid Sorina? Honestly, are you really really possibly this stupid?
No shit the rug is a small price to pay for the wonder of having a baby, the point is its a fucking dumb dumb statue. "Oh yay I am horribly rich so allow me to birth happily on a bearskin rug" Fuck no, when I have a baby if I am not in a hospital/birthing room I will make damn sure to COVER MY STUFF UP. No one needs to willingly splash baby fluids all fucking over.

Actualy, Adi, when you have a baby, everyone and their brother has a hand in it....and I literally mean a hand in it.
You don't worry too much about covering your stuff up after a while.

She didn't pose for the statue...
The rug is part of the art, obviously you wouldn't do it like that.
It is common Garg, just because you havn't heard of it.

Yeah, it's pretty common in home births.
I was making a funny about the rug......she's got enough money she wouldn't care about messing it up.....I doubt this is based upon what really happened, however. She is self-absorbed enough to think something like that would be 'beautiful' and 'natural', though. All I can think about is icky bear fur near a newborn.....gross.

yeah she didn't actually have the baby like that, did she??

No. She had a planned c-section.
She also had a planned birth. Not a oh-shit-I-am-pregnant-what-the-hell-am-I-going-to-do-now birth. Not really a poster child for pro-life, I'd say.
I also want to add, that a pro-life sculpture portrays a dead animal rug.

No, nothing wrong with a planned birth at all. It's just, maybe women who do plan births dont normally have the decision to abort or not. So why show this subject as a pro-life model?
This HAS to be some kind of joke and they just havent revealed the punchline yet...

What in the world does one have to do with the other.

An animal died for it's skin.
Pro-life...no killing.
Anti-abortion would still be a wrong label since this was stilla planned pregnancy, but much better than pro-life.

Pro-life means not killing human babies.
You are looking for the ASPCA I think.
