So you are saying that I ruined the thread by saying you ruined the thread?

You're right, that is ironic.

Oh look, Ginzie is getting pissed. Not that I care one bit about what you think of my profession, but I'm in the health insurance business (underwriting). I'm also the liaison between the underwriting department and our HR department, and I conduct interviews and read resumes to determine suitability for employment for us based on an applicant's experience, education, quantitative reasoning ability, multitasking ability, being disciplined enough to work efficiently with little or no supervision, and having the proper attitude and temperament for underwriting. Oh, and I also do remodeling & tenant improvement on the side for extra cash.

So, why do I want to drive a truck? Because my job is not very exciting and I want to get out of the office/cubicle environment. I would like to become a personnel manager for a transportation company (for the big $$$) but I need to have a couple years driving experience first. I already have a Bachelor's degree from a prestigious institution, and then all I'm going to need is a supply chain management certification, which I can do anytime online in my spare time.

What do YOU do for a living that requires such superior intellect?

Regional sales manager for 58 dealerships around the country. And no, I am not pissed off. For some reason you think I am stupid. It all started in the thread where i was called out for not knowing that Taxx and Insanity were dating. I could ask you to cite some real examples of why you think I am dumb, but we all know how that would turn out. Whenever you are prompted to actually engage in a discussion with me, you dodge and say "you have an IQ of 40 or 50" or "Talking to you is tantamount to talking to a child with autism, so I'm not wasting anymore time on you" like you did on the current two threads.

Now go ahead and make a generalized statement in regards to how stupid you think I am and move on.

Ok well at least you can see that a "regional sales manager" is no more intellectually-demanding than what I do.

I think you're dumb because of some of the stupid comments you make. You take it beyond just getting into disagreements... you start attacking on a personal level, and your immaturity has surpassed the Taxx-level (your sig proves that), which I thought would never have been possible. If you stopped posting stupidity, and being constantly offensive, then my opinion about you could quite possibly change to a more positive light. It's all up to you.

They are under the same accreditation as Harvard and Yale (New England Association of Schools and Colleges). That alone speaks volumes. If you knew anything about what it takes for a college to get accredited then you'd understand that.

While I don't know about the school you graduated from, but accreditation doesn't mean it's pretigious. It just meant that the school did at least the minimum amount of work to get that accreditation. It was accredited by the same organization as those schools simply because your school is in the same region as them.

If it was as prestigious as Harvard or Yale, it would be better known.

You need to learn what the word prestigious means I guess

Here, I'll even help you out

Prestigious:
esteemed: having an illustrious reputation; respected;

do it yourself, go ask 100 random people if they've even heard of Charter Oak

unless the majority have, and willingly add "that's a good school" you really need to stfu about your mail order diploma

Not every institution that applies for accreditation gets it. It means they had to pass extremely rigorous educational standards. Yes, Charter Oak is a regionally-accredited school, but they could have gone for the lesser accreditation of "national" accreditation. I didn't say they were "as prestigious" as Harvard or Yale, nor did I imply that they were. All I said was that they share the same accreditation.

Mindia, why do you keep bringing up this damn accreditation?

Nobody cares what school you want to. Stop bringing it up, it just makes you look like a self-conscious dweeb.

If your school was so great you wouldn’t have to keep bringing how awesome it is.

Dude, that's a third rate half-online bullshit college. They offer credits for "Life Experience". I think it's awesome that you tried to pass it off for an Ivy League school when in fact it's little more then a shitty community college. WAY TO GO!

being accreditted and being prestigious are 2 very different things

ps, you were implying that your mail order school was as prestigious as Harvard and Yale, or you wouldn't have even mentioned them.

lol big deal you can look at health claims all day ... so can I, and only took me two days to learn how ... and I didn't go to any "prestigious" college. That definately doesn't take a college degree to do - I just have to look around at the people I work with to know that~

You make it sound like you are such a brainiac - problem is Mindia, you never know what the other ppl on here might know - might wanna remember that before you get called on your BS.

Mindia is a failed carpenter that happened to get an entry level job at a 3rd rate company and is trying to play it up like he's the big man with his Online community college associate's degree.
