No, there isn't, besides that it makes you rush faster. Heroin = Diacetyl Morphine. Look it up, there is no difference. Of course, there is a difference when it's manufactured illicitly. Who knows what kind of shit people put in it. But heroin technically is morphine that makes you rush faster. That's it. They tried to make a less-addictive version of morphine and it backfired. That's why it's illegal.

I was under the impression you used morphine to manufacture heroin. It was an ingredient per se. Or that one possible way to make heroin was to start with morphine anyway.

Heroin was created and manufactured by Bayer and was named Heroin because it made you feel heroic when you took it.
