Ugh, he gets nothing. He lost his wallet surveying a 500 acre tract today, and it had his whole paycheck. Some dumn mexican is probably eating lots of tamales right now.

lol sithos.

why was he carrying his paycheck in cash? Don't they use checks or direct deposit?

Also, I don't no why anyone tolerates their parents or inlaws or relatives they don't like.

I just fucking leave or never see the person if they get on my nerves. I also tend to let them know if I disapprove of their attitude... kinda like the time I laughed in my girlfriend's mom's face when she tried to chastise me.

He had in in cash because I am a control freak and demand to have his checks when he gets paid so I can deposit them in my account and pay our bills. If not they don't get paid, but he gets really drunk. Very very drunk, which costs lots of money considering he is 6'10" and Irish. Im kinda picky about paying the mortgage, etc etc.

Oh, thanks for that suggestion Erik, I will check it out.

So, by his attitudes and actions, you're apparently dating a 12 year old with a pituitary problem?

Arlos, I must admit, sometimes I wonder that myself.

Oh yeah, that relationship has "long term stability" and "low incidence of fights and arguments" written all over it. Yep. Sure. Really. Honest.

Not everyone is perfect.

by Arlos
Who claimed to be perfect? The fact is, as you admit, he a) prefers to blow money drinking to spending it on stuff like food & housing. b) He was too lazy to go back and look for his wallet when he lost it, despite it having $500 in it.

Now, habitual severe drunkenness should be worry enough for anyone. Combine that with an apparent 12-year old level of fiscal and personal responsibility, and you have just amazing potential for problems.

You *WILL* fight about money, and the misuse of same. You *WILL* fight about him getting drunk. That's just the beginning.

But hey, it's your life, I just reserve the right to say "I told you so" in 5 years when things implode.
