Go to the ER and pay them if you feel like it, or don't.

They're state funded and get the money from the state AND from you if you do pay.

Yes but gallstones normally hurt up in your chest. Like youre having a heart attack.
I've had poocramps that felt like period cramps. IBS isnt a far stretch.

Not a medical bill, I've asked and it doesn't show up on my report.

No shit? I imagine any bill you don't pay that any institution sends to a collection agency counts against your credit. Maybe that one place just didnt?

Medical bills generally don't count.

Go immediately then. Also, do you have insurance? If not, get it first. If this gets diagnosed as something, your insurance in the future will be more because of preexisting conditions.
