i heard somewhere that the bovine growth hormones that they give cows to make them bigger and more meaty are getting into the milk humans drink and are causing kids to mature younger and younger--like, 10 year olds getting their periods and stuff. i swear to god our nation is going to eventually be overrun by mutants.

if you go back and look at birth records women for hundreds of years have been having kids when they were 13, 14 years old

its only semi recently that the number has been arbitrarily set much higher

They waited a year for their monthly to become regular and then considered them grown up and married them off back then. That means 12 was the average age girls started.

I know when I was growing up 7th grade was the year the schools arranged special health classes for everyone split down gender lines. That was when the girls were all taught about periods and hygiene and had our first exposure to sex ed, etc. Not exactly sure what they told the boys.

Leah is correct, 10 year old starting their periods is too young. That's what? 5th grade?

I was JOKING when I said "you're just jealous" and you took it as an oppertunity to launch a personal attack. I simply responded to THAT with a personal attack of my own.

Futhermore, this wasn't a topic about a chick to bang, it was a topic of how it's getting harder and harder to tell a young woman's age. If you had read ALL the posts you'd have seen that, that damn trouble maker Phlem asked me about the skinny chick thingy... no one made any mention of banging anyone until then.

I don't dislike you - in fact I like your posts and have always enjoyed you as a person - from wwaaayy back in CT. But, just because I think cool of you doesn't mean I'm going to sit back and take what was obvisously a direct insult.

Diek the thing is I dont understand why to explain how difficult it is to tell a chick's age you have to include comments about her tight ass and rack. The feeling is mutual - I've always liked you, but I gotta say as hard as it is to offend me I think you go quite a bit overboard with your complete and total lack of regard for anything female. I've never been the type to expect special priviledges or shout woman power from the rooftops but your expressed detest for women in general gets a bit disheartening.

Tone is lost through text also - you have to remember that anytime any female says anything about another female it turns into a 'you're just jealous' conversation and if it was one of those I wanted to clear the air that that wasn't the case at all.
