My pain is in my neck, jaw, shoulders, arms, torso, lower back, butt, legs, feet (all my joints)

I do exercise (I roll around on my exercise ball and do situps/butt squeezes, stretches, etc) no cardio.

I have multiple problems-
1-my bed is a POS
2-my TMJ causes a lot of neck/shoulder/arm pain
3-my feet are deformed and I've been referred to a specialist (might need surgery)
4-a leg longer than the other (probably having more to do with the foot thing...)
5-my right arm is fucked up (pulled it out of socket twice in one day earlier this summer)
6-numbness in my big toes that goes up to my knees sometimes
7-right forearm tingling (tendonitis? carpal tunnel?)
8-my butt (on both sides of my tailbone) tingles/burns when I bend over (neurological problem, having to do with my toes? my back? is it my shoes? who knows)

my issues are money related-I do not have very good insurance, I would like to find a great doctor that won't refer me out for everything...
I've been told I need an MRI by (4) doctors (of my entire spine) but I can't pay the $500 deductible (which I think has gone up since our insurance changed)

I am a toughie..I try not to complain and the pain has been so bad at times that I have had tears streaming down my face into my mask which ends up soaking wet but I just sit there and take the pain.

sometimes I think it's in my head, but then I know it's not. I have a lot of problems, and I guess because I haven't been able to find what I consider a good doctor, I don't have any faith to go back and all of my problems continue and add on as well.

I obsess over it...trying to figure it out in my head what it could be, why my toes could be numb..why I feel like my brain is going to seize at any moment. and then I just say to myself, "I can't deal with this right now."

Araby if you can manage try to get into a chiropractor. A good one could probably help with a lot of that then you can identify what's causing the rest.

I know there was an extremely good one in our old town that only charged $25 a visit.

Thank you, you're the second person to say that.

I saw one for the first time years ago after having my son, then again a few years ago around 2001 maybe. I just owe so much money in doctor's bills that I have a very difficult time going to a new doctor starting over. I am going to look into it though and see if I can find out who's the best. I do believe in them and it's worked for me before. I believe in holistic care and do not want any surgery or medicine =\
