all over the place.
try TES homepage for links to fansite.
also in the TES forums are discussions on various mods.
a fun one i have tried recently is the Moogle mod (the critter from final fantasy fame). i love his animated wings and little attenae, had to go into the construction set to make it a little more balanced and shorter.
