When my brother decided to breed his lab one more time, I wanted one so that I could have a part of the family line of dogs, but decided against it because I don't own my own home and knew that I wouldn't be able to give the dog the proper amount of time needed to care for it and the space it would need to run.

Perhaps by the time his youngest in the line of dogs is having pups, or one of those is having pups, I will be ready to own one. until then, I have my three cats. they require a lot of my time too, if I don't sing to them and talk to them get very upset and pee on my bed. it's a misconception that cats do not require attention. They very much require it, if you give it to them from the onset.

I havnen't been home in a week in a half and I still find kitty-cat hair on my clothes and it kind of makes me sad.

Well since I have not had them a full year to verify this, I am taking info that I found all over about the breed. Supposedly they don't shed, they molt twice a year and thats it. Granted they are still babies, but I have had them both on my lap while wearing dark pants, and no fur is left behind. Oh and I heard the angry scream last night, it was definetly not normal.

what is molt?

It's a more extreme form of shedding done in intervals rather than continuously.

Happens to breeds with 2 coats, the down coat underneath and the coarse hair on top. German Shepherds do this, drove me fucking nuts walking around after Gin picking up clumps of down a couple times a year.
