I believe that if you are romping around with someone who is still under the care of their family, you are having sex with the wrong person.

She was taken from court screaming.

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

Going to jail sucks.

Don't do shit to land yourself in jail then. She made the same stupid decision countless other people make. I don't feel bad for her. What if her dumb ass were to have hit and/or killed someone? Even if she didn't this time, she could have. Do you think on house arrest she'd learn anything? Yeah, right. Hey, jail sucks, boo hoo, don't be a jackass.

Maybe we'll get lucky and get a nervous breakdown out of this after all. I must admit I was a little disappointed when she proclaimed she would do her time gracefully. This has officially gone above and beyond my expectations

Is she going to do the full 45 days or just 23?

I'm not sure. Probably the twenty something considering that was the initial arrangement and it wasn't necessarily her fault that the sheriff’s dept let her go.

No one is above the law. If anyone could have gotten a limo it would be her.

I still pity her.

She's worth 500 million. She's a pretentious, racist, self serving, douche bag who got what she deserved.

Why pity her?

haha...well that and as soon as I open IE msn has it on the front page with her weeping face.

I take back my justice comment.

Also, I'd like to say that I was VERY lucky to have not been caught driving with a suspended license. I knew it was wrong and I did it anyway and had I been caught, there would have been no pity for me and I would have done my time like any other person caught in the same dirty situation. I am not *glad* that anything bad has happened to anyone. I would feel sorry for her, however, if she hadn't done anything to deserve this.

Yeah, her "meds"

I think you're on the right track there.

she shouldn't get the full 45 days. The sheriff made the mistake, not her... I sense a lawsuit in the near future....

It'd be great if she came out of jail with a bunch of tattoos and a total badass.

Why do people pay attention to this person? Does she actually do anything or am I missing something?

she shouldn't get the full 45 days? that was her sentence to begin with, she didn't get busted once, she got busted TWICE on a suspended license for *drunk driving* - yes, let's pat her on the back and give her a big hug, the poor girl. blow me.

no yamori, you didn't miss anything. i think the reason people pay her any attention is the fact that she's become so famous for being absolutely useless.

She gives our oversaturated, overstaffed reporting agencies something to do.

Celebrity gets the media and news cameras, whether they should or shouldn't, be it doing something stupid, or just trying to push their political agendas.. It's lame, but it's how it is...

It's the same reason the air waves were flooded with the Rosie/Trump crap a few weeks ago, despite the fact neither of them has anything relevant, new, or informed to talk about...

I guess what I'm asking is, why is she a celebrity? I was under the impression celebrities had to do something to be famous, like be in a movie or eat 60 hotdogs in 60 seconds. :dunno:
