spraying and vacuuming wouldn't do much, doesn't seem, since the vast majority of the space of the mattress is actually the inner matress, where you can spray or vacuum.
i say spray it with rye whiskey and vacuum it with a blowtorch

Like I said earlier, the cheap alternative is to get the exterminator to spray on the inside of the mattress. He can cut a small hole in it or if there is enough room through the hole where the mattress handles are (if there are mattress handles) he can probably get the nozzle through there. Then you cover the mattress and boxspring with:

I hope this thread dies soon, along with all the bed bugs in the world.

Apparently they were rampant in the 50s. Then they went away almost completely and exterminators thought they were totally wiped out. Then in the late 90s they came back with an absolute vengeance.

Try steam cleaning the bed as well.

Hey, this way you can also get drunk, pass out and piss in your bed without worry.

I actually think that's one of the reasons they make these covers. I know when I went to get mine, I asked the lady in the store if they had plastic bed covers and she said, "oh you mean bed wetting covers, sure do, follow me!"

Hahahaha "Sure sir right this way"!
Ive got a buddy thats just a fucking drunk, and anytime he get sloshed, he pisses himself. I cant count the number of times he's pissed on my couch. He also has a bad habit of crawling in any bed he can find, no matter who is in it, and pissing on people. He passed out in my old roommates bed while him and his girlfriend were asleep and pissed on them

Anyway, we started wrapping him in garbage bags and duct taping them up anytime he stayed over.

Fuck garbage bags, buy the guy a 24 pack of Depends, and make him put them on any time he's over and drinking.
