you know I hate to agree with diekan but yeah..you kid is about as messed up as a soup sandwich. get him some help before you end up being the parent on tv being interviewed on some reality tv show like "The next 48' or "when kids go wrong and when did their parents know it". You have 2 choices...
A) you can take it upon yourself to help fix your child and get his mind realigned, with discipline(sometimes a good belt helps), structure ( a stable household) and good couseling (that doesnt mean Dr. Phil)
B) you can move to nebraska and drop his ass off at a hosptial.
I dont see you doing option B so A it is.
if that means hauling his ass to Texas so be it.
if it means telling the judge you refuse to let them see dad till dad gets his shit in one sock...so be it
If it means squaring his ass away in some childrens boot camp hey do it. nothing like a marine screaming at him for 1 month hell its worth a laugh.
If it means boarding school...well thats what child support is for.
