winter

I love the south, too. We've had (our) "winter" the last few weeks. It was 18F last week and felt like 12F. Coooold. The little orange kitty I feed that hangs around my building is lucky he didn't DIE IN IT.

We've had highs in the 40's and 50's which isn't cold-cold, I know, but I don't even have long sleeves! So I had to buy a few. My hair gets all staticky and I shock myself on the car door-that's about the worst thing ever. Besides my roomie refusing to turn on the heat! /smack
