Ipods, hate everything about them and the fact I am forced to use itunes unless I hack the ipod, which carries its own dangers. The only exception to this is the touch. That is a sexy piece of gadgetry, I must admit.

The case of my computer looks like I made it out of scrap metal. Aesthetics mean jack shit to me when performance is my goal.

i like the marriage of looks and performance. i do think looks are important. most people base most of their decisions off what they see. especially when it comes to food and dating.

The only things I care about aesthetically are my body, clothes, and that's about it really. Even then I get rather aggravated that a lot of women don't like beards and I am somewhat forced to shave or look like a "bum". I love having a beard, personally. (rocking one now because I was up in NH and it was fucking COLD)

Apparantly Apple's attitude is that Adobe is lazy because of bugs that cause browser crashes and what not.

In truth, though, I bet a lot of said crashes are the result of the developer behind the particular swf. This seems to happen more on Macs than PC's, probably because developers don't give a shit about adapting their swf's for your shitty Mac.

That said, there definitely is some truth to Flash player being buggy, at least in terms of resource usage. Moreso on Macs.

I don't know if HTML5 really has the potential to overtake Flash anytime soon though. Maybe eventually IF a development environment similar to Flash can be made for HTML5 development. I've also seen comparisons between HTML5 and Flash video being practically the same in resource usage. The only thing it has going for it is open standard, which I guess is pretty significant.

I'm Asian so I can't grow a beard. Once it goes past the 5 o clock shadow phase I start to look homeless. I do however have an awesome looking 5 o clock shadow and being the hairless Asian that I am makes it take 4 days to grow and last for like 3 days.

i grew something for the first time over winter break and hated it. not a fan. 5 o'clock shadows ftw

Thanks to my middle eastern heritage, I need to shave my left cheek again by time i'm done with right, and the only place on my body that the hair doesn't grow on is the top of my head. And if i do not shave for a day, i start looking like and Al-Qaeda recruit.

Grand rapids is sort of far but im looking for security or shipping and receiving. Anything pysical is good.
