i'm lucky. cafe soriah is right across the street from us. after work i get a beer and a housemade baguette and oil&vin for $5. i live on bread
So I made pao de queijo last night following the recipe found on this site: http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/easy_b ... ese_bread/
It was chewy, gooey, and delicious. I ate about 7 of them with dinner.
