2 hours into this game and I have to say it does not live up to the hype. Far Cry SMOKES this game.

Doom 3 was freakier and played much better. This game gives me motion sickness like I can't believe. I almost hurled and had to stop playing 40 minutes into it!

When I had a concussion and was on pain killers I couldn't play any FPS'
It would give me motion sickness...but I tabbed that one up to the pain killers...

I have like 5 copies of Farcry for some reason. When I bought my GT 6800 I got a free copy. When I bought my AMD I got a free copy.
Farcry is an excellent game. If you like Half Life or HL2, you'll probably really like it. Plus, it'll run well on dinosaur rigs.

I was going to buy it way back when it came out but I played the demo and the water wouldn't work. I could swim in the water but I couldn't see any water at all, so I said F it and didn't buy it.

I can't believe I spent $47 of my hard-earned dollars paying for this POS game. I should have just replayed Far Cry which BLOWS HALF LIFE 2 OUT OF THE WATER.

Go ahead and re-sell it then jackass. It's only gotten the highest combined reviews of any single PC game ever made and the second highest review of ANY game ever made.

Yeah I've played it, but just because one game is good doesn't mean the other automatically sucks. I didn't buy far cry because it wouldn't render the water on my computer.

I have that sound stuttering problem but it doesn't bother me much. It only happens like 2 seconds after a level loads.

I'm running a P4 2.4Ghz 3/4 gig of ram, and a 130 dollar ATI 256 meg GFX card, and this game rocks on it...
It's scary how realistic these games are getting.
I am enjoying the game, but I think there needs to be ALOT more ammo, and higher limits.
Also the grav gun is fun, but why can't I pick up the damn alien thing and shoot them at Mach 2 into a wall? That would be much fun.
Next question... is there a multiplayer plugin or something for HL2 that I am totally missing?

Farcry runs like and looks like garbage, biggest waste of money I have ever spent.
Not only is the multiplayer shit but the single player campaign is even worse, It lacks any kind of story line whatsoever.
Half Life 2 runs much smoother and looks amazing.
