I almost got a muvo originally but after reading the reviews about creative having problems with the phone jacks on them breaking, I said no way. Not to mention I wouldn't be able to store all that much on them. I have too much music, I didn't want to have to pick and choose what to put on my player hehe.

One thing to note about the creative and dell players. They actually need the tag information, so if you have a bunch of downloaded music that doesn't have everything in it, you'll need to clean that up (mp3tag.de works awesome). Other than that I give a two big thumbs up to Dell with the DJ.
I originally was going to get an ipod but I just couldn't bring myself to do it, for less money I can play WMA and MP3 and get more storage. I still use itunes exclusively for all my music download needs. Lets not forget that the DJ works with all the To Go services.

Creative muvo.
I opted against the ipod because I use the mp3 player for excersise and I didn't want something to moving parts so I got the creative because it is a flash based mp3 player.

Yeah anything with the hard drives in them aren't good for that. Mine sits on my desk at work in a dock or at home in the dock hehe. Soon I can hook it up my deck in the truck, that's where I really want to use my mp3 player.

Don't use one. I just yell lyrics and grunt power chords.
When my voice gives out, I have an ipod as well.

I'm worried about getting an Ipod, since I'd probably break it. For some reason I become really clumsy when it comes to MP3 players, I drop them so many times. ;(
I got an intel one that was pretty cool, but I dropped it too many times and now the headphone jack is all fubar'd.
I've got a new one, I think its called "nomad" or something like that... you plug it into the flash drive to put in new songs, no software or anything. Pretty cool that one is 8) I've only dropped it a few times so far.

iPod photo 30g as of today
Supposed to have like 25 minutes of shock protection. Will be interesting to see if it still skips when I jog... may need to get one of those little flash dealies instead for that if so. :/
I'm definitely storing my entire cd library in this bitch though. No more lugging around hundreds of cd's whenever I go on trips.
A few dozen cd's copied to my library now, 200 more to go. hurray~

Amen! I store all my songs on mine and couldn't be happier about it. With over 2200 songs and 500 albums to choose from I never run out of tunes.
The wife just gave me the thumbs up to put a new deck in the truck so I'm going to be able to hookup the my DJ to it to listen to tunes while I'm cruising!

i have a pink 6gig ipod mini.
initially, i needed it as a storage device for my graphic design class. we were just gonna get a shuffle or some other lil guy, like a jump drive or whatever they are, but decided the ipod was a better choice since i use it CONSTANTLY, especially when i'm at the Y or out walking. or in the car on trips. definitely a good purchase, and soooo cute!! ^_^
