Friend of mine had a dry ice bomb blow up in his hand about a month ago. I put the camera down for all of 5 minutes and something worth filming happens. Fortunately he didnt get hurt much, just shaken up a bit. And his hand was sore for a couple days.
It was funny as hell. He went and picked one up that had just sat there for like 30 minutes without doing anything. He held it out and yelled "It's a dud!" right as he was unscrewing the cap and BOOM. I think he pissed his pants a little.
