Thinking back (with EQ anyways), I tended to be more proud of other people's accomplishments than my own.. I remember watching the first AoW kill, and I was proud to even know people who participated in that.
One thing that sticks out, that doesn't necessarily make me feel proud, was when Guntaag noticed me using the sit-kite trick in MPG to give the enchanter time to get multiple mobs under control. People rarely acknowledge or notice the little tricks like that in the game, but he did, and sent me a tell about it. That felt good~ That also earned him a free Amulet of Necropotence when I quit! =P
I suppose another proud moment would be finally getting that damned golden chocobo in FF7 and gettin the Knights of the Round materia~ Talk about a pain in the ass...
Also, getting AA's and AAA's in DDR make me feel like I have some skills~
Whenever I'm the top player in a CS or CS:S map I feel pretty proud and enter a super competitive badass state of playing too~

Quake, MegaTF:
I played a Scout class with the fast movement, low weapon power and jetpack. Constantly took out Heavy Weapons Guys with my knife (even lower powered than the nail gun) very taunting kills. People used to get very frustrated with me, which made me do it even more. I was the top scorer for the clan my friend and I started - BombSquad (]Bs[ph0x).
Good times - I am almost tempted to set it back up and run a quake server. =)

Also - starting and finishing my 10th Coldain Ring War. That was fun - if not irritating to manage.

EQ gave me waaaaay too many of those heart pounding moments.
All the old Kunark and Velious raids.
The only "new" world stuff that gave me the heart jumping experience was my first time doing Greig. I played an enchanter so I was hiding on the wall from his dmg, and all of a sudden the tanks got really quiet. I started thinking hmmmm, this can't be good. Two seconds later I almost shit my pants as an ugly purple glob came floating around the corner into my face.
WoW gave me a few moments when the alliance used to launch massive attacks on hoard towns, and we would pwn them with 1/3 of their numbers.

This probably makes me suck/gay but whatev:
My proudest moment in a video game was in the Rainbow World of Mario Kart when I jumped to the other part of the track that puts you ahead of everyone by like 1/2 a lap. I did it the first time I tried it.

how'd you manage that?
i never played EQ consistently enough to get very big...high 50s i think, or join any of the big guilds that went on the fun raids. plus i was a druid (soloing is so damn boring), and everyone seemed to despise druids in their groups when i played. so when i managed to get into one, then get to play crowd control and/or primary healer.. and do really well. i felt a slight sense of accomplishment. especially if someone were to send me commenting on how crazy i would play. im a loser
