No. Once you hit D, they are plain colors, like the one The Girlfriend is wearing. You COULD go to a specialty shop and fork out some dough, but why? It's just underwear. It is the fastest thing to get taken off.

When I was pregnant, I splurged on underoos there. We even got one of those credit card things. We're still paying it off and I am clueless to where half of those panties went....
