Of course it does, you have a whole new life to protect! The only way I think I would want a dog around my small child is if I got a puppy just before the toddler stage. I've heard with correct supervision the bond between a young child and a puppy can be insane, especially when they get older because they grew up together.

if you have a dog that's not properly trained and it's even possible that someoen could be hurt accidently, then legally you're obligated to get rid of the dog or protect the others around you to guarantee their safety.

so after the first ass beating she gives a boy, noone will mess with her. Noone will talk to her either which will lead to a sad pathetic emo life. I just cant have that.
