I don't think any reasonable person will say that marijuana isn't harmful in some way - inhaling smoke into the lungs and rapid changes in brain chemistry via chemicals has got to have some sort of negative physiological ramifications.

The question is, is it so incredibly harmful that it's worth the countless police hours / tax dollars / prison spaces that are spent on it? The bulk of sane people would say NO, imo.

I didnt say that either but go ahead and see if you can make the connection between the war on drugs and constant infringment of civil liberties . Here lemme give you a few places you might wanna start looking Guns ,swat teams showing up in the wrong spot people dieing and no one being held accountable, mand min sentences, searchers of all sorts, property forfitures I even think you used to and may still be able to get a death sentence for trafficing in some states go ahead and look it up. Try to clown me if you want but im right on this and the evidence backs me up. go fuck yourself your attempt to flame me was weak at best.

I agree with Yamori 100%, there are certain aspects that are harmful, however the question needs to be: Is this more harmful than anything else we have legally today? There is no argument that inhaling smoke into your lungs is not bad for you, even the most avid supporter has to admitt that is no good. However, I would think that the dangers are rather small in comparison with other legalized items, such as alcohol or cigarettes.

They should legalize marijuana so that all the annoying stoners who decided to incorporate pot as a political position would just shut the fuck up and go back to smoking pot somewhere and leave me the hell alone.
