I thought The Hague was the base for NATO, not the UN.

United Nation headquarter is in New York City.
NATO headquarter is in Brussels.
International Court of Justice (or the World Court) is in the Hague.

Just another 4-6 years when they get a good anti ICBM system going like the ABL or something and I could care less who had nuclear weapons. Sure nuclear winter would suck but at least I wouldn't get vaporized.
