I still can't figure out how the fuck people that don't work can live? If I am not bringing in money every day, I am fucked. I don't care how sick I am, noone else is paying my fucking bills so I have to work.

I guess they live in a trailer because he admitted to just getting this job not long ago and he sure as fuck isn't supporting an entire family prior to that by driving around a forklift.

I dont know bout mow much things cost in mass but I do know you can make good money driving a forklift. I know anyone who doesnt wear a tie to work is a joke to YOU but it is true.

Yea jay thats exactly what im saying. Id rather sweat and work hard all day than dress nice and do something boring.

Some of us do jobs they like, don't have to sweat all day and aren't forced into stupid dress codes.

I was watching MTV (for some reason or other...) and they had a show about people in financial trouble.

This girl goes into the lawyer's office to file for bankruptcy holding a humongous Starbucks cup.

Doesn't have a whole hell of a lot to do with the conversation at hand, but it made me think about that, which dumbfounded me.

ok, what the fuck, I agree with Spazz. I work in the office a few hours of the day handling purchasing and POs and all that shit, and the rest Im in the shop building machinery, or at the mines underground some of the time. The time im sitting in an office I want to rip my hair out. Fuck paperwork right in its ass Soo boring. I almost want to go back underground for work sometimes.

Before I started working I lived at my parents house in Minnesota. I woke up at the crack of noon and snowboarded all day. I got home and played everquest all night.

Today I work all day in Pensacola. I love my job. I get to sit on a computer and I play god all day. I have to dress in slacks and a dress shirt. At first I didn't like it, but now I find myself wearing those clothes every day! I actually enjoy it.

Comedian Bill Maher, who often mocks religion, came by last month. Looy said he snuck in for a half-hour interview with Ham, who didn't know who he was.

Depending on the specific job, I was making $20/hr on average. Every hour over 8 I worked in a single day was time and a half.

If the old fucks in the union would have retired instead of staying in, I would still be working there. Likely making just over $25/hr...

I did well enough.
