that's a primary example of people treating them poorly though =( that poor dog probably hadn't eaten, and got punched etc just to make it a mean dog.

I dunno what they did to it, but it was meaner than shit. I should have shot it and put it out of the misery of its old crackhead owners. Hopefully when it limped off it didnt attack anyone =(
Labs are a pain in the ass. My five month old lab has so far puked up a nail, two three inch parts of a once whole six inch nyla bone, dog shit and today a penny.
That and she's had an ear infection in both ears, mange and vaginitis, all of which has cost us well over a thousand dollars worth of vet appointments, medicine and disinfectant solution in the last three months.
And she destroys the house.
And she pummels on the cats every chance she gets.
To the ban the pit bull crowd.... Do you want them banned just in cities or everywhere ? What about people who hunt bear and hog ? Do they have to get a weaker dog now ? Do you think another dog would be bred more to take its place and become the new # 1 evil mean baby killer ?

Like I said before, plainly, I dont know many that >>>prefer<<< them, not that no one uses them anywhere. Most I know use blue ticks or other assortments of hounds. The only reason people use pits in the first place go back to their natural toughness and meanness. Hogs are tough as fuck and can rip a dog open. Yeah, if you are one of the "hunters" that sends in a half dozen dogs to kill a hog, and hope you get a couple back from it, I guess I could see people using pitts. I dont normally boar hunt, but when I have Ive used a single hound to bay the boar while I came to kill it
