Yeah and it's also bad form to attack workers fyi. I have only been dueled by one guy in my life and his name was "Spineless".

The guy I did the duel with was an adventurer.

OK, other soldiers, WTF did you do with that indian you're supposed to duel at L12? I try and challenge him and it doesn't even take me to the fight, just says "You can't beat him" and spits me back to the quest screen.

Now what?

It actually was doing the duels but not showing me the outcomes. I didn't know that, and my health didn't update, so I actually knocked myself unconscious. Joy.

Go back and watch the fights, see what round he is hitting you, see where he is hitting you and then adjust your stance, area you shoot etc. I did the same thing the other day and knocked myself out. I went back, looked at the reports, made a couple of changes and dropped his ass.

when I couldn't win a quest duel I just waited until i upgraded my weapon, which was like two levels, then I kicked his ass. It'll happen, you just have to wait.

Yep, I just keep hitting the button until I win. But if you hit the duel button like five times in a row and lose each time, click "skills" to refresh your health to make sure you aren't close to dying. If you are close to dying, just wait until you gain a level.

I beat him on my new 3rd attempt. Seems getting knocked out locks you out of real duels for 48 hours, though. heh.

I've got 2 separate questlines that need turkey now. Wheeeee....

Don't forget to swap gear around to give you more labor points. It might say you need 5 more repair points to work on something but all you had to do was put on your shirt with +5 repair on it and you'll be able to do the job.

Kind of obvious but I figured I'd throw it out there anyway. That's why I keep all my gear with stats on it. Even if you have enough labor points to do a job you should be swapping gear around to boost up your labor points to as high as they can go so you can do the job more efficiently.

So does the town actively target those who attack workers?

Did you get attacked? If I can, I'll happily go attack whoever attacked you, assuming they're not so high a level it doesn't let me. As I said a while ago, I duelled someone from Freeport, but it was an adventurer, not a worker. I never went back to do so a 2nd time, and that's my 1 and only duel so far.

Mother22 from Razer-City.

Female Adventurer.

Level 22, Dueling level 25.

I'll probably hit her back once I get a new weapon.

How do you get a duelling level higher than your own level, anyway?

Is Fin on vacation or something? He is level 16 and has been inactive for a week.

From what he said in the Travian forum, he had to go into the hospital for some kind of head injury, and hasn't been doing much of anything on a computer for the past week-10 days. Don't have any more details than that.
