I'm buying a prebuilt again soon.

I bought my laptop and the only issue I ever had was dealt with in under 5 calender days(DVD drive wouldn't play DVDs). I contacted them, same day had a box show up and put my laptop in there. They paid for overnight shipping and said it would be around 7 business days turn around time. This was all on a Tuesday. I got it back by Friday.

I build my systems. They are always bulletproof and excellent performers. The p3 550 I played most of my EQ1 on is still in use, running like a champ 6 years after construction, not a single issue. Currently using a Dell. Its slow. Retarded RAM timings, no way to change it in their shitty mobo BIOS. Will build my own again soon. Can't wait.
You were right Tikker. We suck.

Hell I remember one of my first computer repair jobs amounted to having a cutting torch and a spot welder. I was paid 20 dollars per TRS80 to get them working.
