you also didn't list III :ugh:

Erm... Okay.. not listing IV was an accident. =\ I do love IV. -.- I was tired... and excited by video games. IV is awesome, hehe. I like Rosa, but that's because I like female characters, although Cecil is awesome, too.

The point was to list them all, except Tactics and XI because I refuse to play XI.. I could have added the Gameboy version, too.. but I don't really remember that storyline since I was like ten. O.o

And III is VI and I placed it as such because I didn't beat it when it was on SNES, only on the PS because.. well.. I didn't have the SNES, I had Sega and had to borrow the SNES from a friend. =p

IV is my favorite final fantasy i think. it's the only one that got me to play it from start to finish in a couple of sittings :/

Yeah, it's a good one. The earlier ones are great and have excellent storylines. V is good because it introduced the job system, which is also why I like X-2. lol.

PC:

King's Quest series (except the last one which sucked ass)
Space Quest series
Quest for Glory series
The Black Cauldron
Arctic Fox
Archon
Zork series
Descent
A bunch I can't remember right now

And ofcourse, Bejeweled 2 Deluxe.

All of you suck for your lack of appreciation for the Microprose turn-based games of the early 90s.

MicroProse Pirates of the Caribean was the bomb back in the day.

Motherfucker, for someone who didn't bother to list System Shock 2 or Planescape: Torment, you got a big mouth on ya!

I'm talking about III in Japan, Reverie... the one where you start with your party of four (still using "the light warriors") and go to investigate a newly formed cave...

meh, everyone i know that actually likes FF7 thinks the old ones are stupid. you know, because they don't have neat shiny graphics and gunswords and sehpirohgoth or whatever other dumb shit FF7 has. i couldn't ever play it past the first dungeon

Kefka > Sephiroth

Honestly, what I liked most about FF7 was the music. Months later I still had "Golden Saucer" ringing in my ears.

I grew up during the Pac-man era so the chances of me exhibiting graphics mongering is slim to none. Maybe I'll catch the previous FF games on Revolution :dunno:

I was exposed to the final fantasy series with the first on NES.

I still say FF7 was by far the best out of the series.

Since then it has gone downhill and I don't expect any salvation.

I loved the music, and I didn't like anything 7 or beyond because I guess to me it seemed like way too much changed. Maybe it was just the graphics, but something about it made me not like playing it.

All the characters in 7 are pretty much the same except for limits I think their called.

In FF4 and 6 it matters what characters you have.

FF6 has a bunch of great moments like Celes at the opera and Cyan's ghost train.

and it was sweet when the story branched off and you got to pick various coinciding storylines

VI was the pinnacle... even if all the characters are pretty much the same.

My personal favorite was X, except I hated the main character so fucking much.

Blitzball for the win!

6 will always be better than 7.

And Drem is absolutely right... Kefka>Sephiroth

Ack for X...

And I started with Final Fantasy I for NES and then Final Fantasy Legend for Gameboy. O.o And Final Fantasy didn't really have that nice of graphics, unless you count the scenery.. although, I guess for the time, it was good. I just played it because I play them all... except XI. V and VI are awesome, though.

And Chrono Trigger. =p

And Nethack.. but aforementioned.. no one knows what that is. =\ I got into it when I was like five and my uncle would come to visit with his computer since he's a teacher... -sighs- Still haven't beaten it. :(
