HELP: Emergency Car Question

I use to own a Camry before the Corolla. This is by far more lux then the Camry. Never been in an Avalon though. Found a few scratches on it and the dealer is going to give me a loaner next week while they clean it up for me. Also the outlets/cig lighter was shorted out because the last guy left part of his cell phone charger metal part jammed in there. They fixed that this afternoon right away. I am really impressed with the service and this dealer. They have done an excellent job for me.

I always heard the gap was BS but it does make sense. If my car were to get stolen or totaled then I wouldn't want to be left with more to roll over into another loan. That would be awful.
