The hurricane can do nothing but improve Houston. What a shithole.

Was listening to the radio this morning and they are seriously thinking about evacuating my area. I have no where to go if they do that ><

I work for a hotel in Dallas and vast majority of the ones even this far north are sold out. Hell we took in so many we're over booked tonight by 10, Thursday by 30 and Friday by 40 rooms. Hope people don't mind roll-aways in the banquet rooms.
Horray for $239 rates though

In a sadistic way, I hope Fairhaven gets leveled.
I mean fucking N.O. LEVELED.
This cesspool needs a cleanin'

I consider it optimism.
This place is a shit-hole, mostly I want N.B. leveled but if Fairhaven goes with it, I guess it's a fair trade.

yeah, so I am working near Interstate 45, one of the two main veins of evacuation for around 5 million people..... I am trying to get home so my wife and kid can leave, but if I get on 45 I will not be able to exit until I drive 60 + miles north of where I am, when I live about 15 miles north and west of here.....
damn.

Hehe you are of Hispanic heritage, right? Something tells me you have family in just about every Texas city. hehe (jk)
BTW do bull dyke lesbian Hispanic chicks demand to be called Herspanics? Question just popped into my mind.

My aunt never asks to be called a herspanic, and so true, I do have family in Corpus as well and Dallas, and Fort Worth, Arlington, etc etc.

I never thought I'd say it, but it feels damn good to be living in the middle of the prairies
no oceans to flood, no hurricanes to deal with
no mountains for rock slides, no fault lines for earthquakes
altho, if california and BC fall into the ocean (which is ok with me) we'd have some nice sea side real estate
