did i get the end all of dumb customers this morning
This lady came into fax something. 2 sheets front and back.

After faxing said papers I hand them back to her. She looks at it and says" Why you giving these back to me?" My reply was, "Well I dont need them anymore maam it was sent."
she comes back "well doesnt the other company need these? you know for like a hard copy or something?"

"Nope it prints out on the otherside"

to this she replies in a angry tone "Well if I knew you had that type of fax machine I would not have made all these damn copies for myself"


How do you say anything after that without laughing in her face?

I love it when people get mad for absolutely no reason (other than instantly realizing they're stupid)

Man I have so many good stupid customer stories. Too many to tell right now. I caught my husband being a dumbshit customer at Coney Island when they told him they were out of marinara sauce for his mozerella sticks. He was like "Ohh, really? Maaaaan... well.. okaaay" or something... as if maybe just maybe if he whined a certain way or said the right words, that the waitress would be like "OoHH! You know what! We DO have marinara sauce! You've said the magic word!" It's the same for customers that get mad and yell when your store is out of stock on something.
