So right now I am sitting at work in the middle of snowstorm that looks like it might very well turn into a blizzard. This is so fun!!

Oh to top it off, the girl who is supposed to come to work to take my place in 5 minutes just had her dad call in for her and tell us she can't come in "because of the snow". How responsible... having daddy call in for you.

Oh man the story gets better. It wasn't her dad that called it was her boyfriend. Her car slid a little in the snow, and now she is hysterically crying and refuses to leave his house. YOU LIVE IN NEW ENGLAND GET USED TO IT!

Just last night we got another inch and I was peeling around in my gf's Vibe like Dukes of hazard. Snow is fun. Go around corners sideways without burning tires up!

I've been in Edmonton in January, thanks. Honestly, it wasn't that much colder than the worst days I saw in Walla Walla when I was there for my first go-around in College right out of high school. (it got to -30F at times out there). Edmonton was just that cold a lot LONGER than it was where I was. heh. The indoor amusement park at the mall was kinda cool, but I don't think I could hack living there year round.

I do not look forward to winters in South Dakota if I go. It was 5-10 here all week, it was 10 below there.

Jhes a friend of mine has a mini truck, it's manual, it has freaking horrible traction, hell it will slide in little sand pile's on corner's, but we always take it around this certain turn by our k-mart and their is a tree in the corner we get always get a good drift their and almost hit the damn tree but always manage to stop like 6-8 feet from it.

Little ice on the ground too. But about as much as you can get from a little Snoopy snow cone machine.

about 9 or 10 at night the temps are slipping into the low single-digits, bordering on negatives... and that's when i have to be outside the most for my job. :( i think i'm going to catch pneumonia before the winter is over.
