Do you ever go into supersleep mode?

I fell asleep on accident around like 7pm...I was totally exhausted.

3 hours later I feel like I have slept like 12 hours and am up at 10:30 posting on NT and listening to SOaD.

I wish I could duplicate this effect on cue... I could get away with sleeping maybe 5 hours every 24 hour period in two sessions. That would be pretty useful.

The other night I slept for 2 hours max for the first time in 3 days and it felt like the best sleep I ever experienced.

In-fact, I'm still going off of that now :wiggle:

(I'm going to go pass the fuck out now though, girlfriend is out of class early tomorrow)

Figure 7 days a week, 7 hours a night = 49 hours a week. I go with 4-5 a day when I'm working (3 or 4 days a week) then make up the rest on my off days.

I do basically the same thing as Minrott only I work 5 days a week, with 8-12 hour shifts.

I get really bad migraines sometimes, and when I finally get to sleep during one I go into a weird hibernation mode. I could over sleep by 2 hours not even realise.

It's tres odd.

We just took a test on this 15 minutes ago, and the question was on my Psych final. YOu are having a manic episode.

I don't agree with kizzy's diagnosis. The reason you can't wake up during those two hours is because spiders are crawling all over your face and busy laying eggs in your nose and ears. You are basically in a state of fear induced shock.

It takes more than just less sleep and more energy to constitute a manic episode.

do you exercise much? I'm very lethargic when I don't get regular exercise. No shit.

Right now I am pretty sick. so it is probably just from that. I have horrible jaw and neck stiffness. The doctors stole a ton of blood from me today, possibility of lyme disease, although I hope to hell not.
