I deposited a check two days ago and my debit card is still getting declined, I called customer service yesterday and they said it would be fine in a few hours, called again tonight, same fucking thing.

Stupid assholes.

Bank of America sucks, they constantly lose huge amounts of money from my and my mother's accounts and once called on it they deny it like hell, and the money mysteriously reappears in the account the next day.

Be careful with them.

Wachovia owns. I've never had a problem with them. Besides the money markets blow goats.... but other than that... they rock.

My bank is exactly opposite, I have three debs out that the recipiant says are paid, but havite never been deducted from my account. Sucks to be me I guess

lol don't worry, they will attempt to deduct it from your account after you have already spent it

I used to hate B of A...Now i love em... I think they have really made a major turnaround. They have the best web services out of any bank, you can transfer money anywhere with a phone call if you can't do it online, and they actually have friendly tellers who can help you in a reasonable amount of time at their locations.

I do all my business banking and personal banking with them. I have recently dropped Wells Faggo, Washington Mutual and Union Bank of California for sucking balls. So far as standard banks go B of A can't be beat IMO. When I have 250k I will probably switch over to some l337 snooty euro bank like Deutsche or something like that, where they practically suck your cock when you walk through the door.

before i got direct deposit i had problems with teh bank of america at least once a month.. usually involving a pay check i would deposit, it would immediately show up in my balance, but then it would disappear later for some reason, then reappear a few hours/days later.

one time they depositied a check of mine twice, then took it all out the next day, had to go back in with my statement showing em that i deposited it.

but after i got direct deposit, have not had any problems.

well except for most recently, the ATM machine right outside the bank ate my card, gave me my money but when it was time to give me the card back it rebooted... still have not got my new one in the mail yet.

They still haven't bothered to send me a new ATM card period, I am still using my Fleet ATM card at the BoA ATM.
