How's Broodlord a bug he wasn't any different then usual for us? Luckily we got to Firemaw after the spell reflecting bug was hotfixed if it was even there.

We were doing ZG last night and everytime the first Berserker would fear, we would all get a critical error and crash to desktop

Fun Bugs on Whisperwind:

*Normally banishable mobs in Molten Core continue to move around and take action while banished

*ZG Beserkers make entire raid crash when engaged, regardless of whether you enter combat or not

*Snake Aspect is now casting his chain holy spell no matter how close you are (I think this was a fix to make the encounter as it was initially intended though, it took us two seconds to redo our strategy and down him, although every other guild in ZG was pissing and moaning about it endlessly)

*People losing the entire raid (ie, right next to us yet they cannot see anyone)

*Fishing boss in ZG seems to have 10000000x the hp, we finally just said fuck it and stopped the fight by intentionally letting everyone die because it was just plain taking too long and did not seem worth it to us. When we wiped, the boss did not despawn as he is supposed to, but went over and did something that looked like humping the wall.

*At this point we said, fuck this every instance we go into is bugged and its not worth it to be Blizz's bug testers tonight*

(It would have been nice to do MC or Onyxia, we can handle it without banishes but it was not our MC or Onyxia raid night and people who were not on would have been very cranky if we fucked up the schedule)

Here was our wonderful night in MC:

1) Banished lava surgers/annihilators will now become immune to attacks, while they still attack you.
2) Corehound spawn timers have been changed from 15 minutes to whenever's least inconvenient at the moment.
3) Masterlooter will no longer assign loot. The loot will rot. Working as intended.

Btw - say goodbye to the bracers of might, here's the awesome GM Response.

If people have another battleground queue running then enter that BG causing the prior to end, those who stayed receive the deserter buff.

Dying while stunned in WSG and AB (not sure on AV) means you are stunned indefinitely.

Losing connection in a BG yields the deserter buff.

Apparently, if you've the deserter buff, you or anyone else can be placed in group 3 and are able to enter the BG! (Nice find Mahler)

Battleground queues shuffling various levels outside their bracketed BG.

We don't do MC anymore so I wasn't aware of all those bugs but that blows. I'm sure most of them have been fixed already though. I was pretty pleased in BWL with the fixes they made.

60s in 29 and 19 BGs and 29s in 60 BGs.

This could have just been me, but I was randomly turned around, like I had to use the mouse to turn my self around. At first I thought it was some spell or debuff casted on me, causing my forward key to go backward, backward to forward, but I scrolled myself back and say I was just turned around.
That happened many more times. Randomly turning. I dont use my mouse to control where I run, btw, so I know it wasnt that.

Mail being deleted, but that was publicly announced...

Hopefully its fixed, I need my robe!

My guild cursed the fucking felheart robe. The first raid I was on they said OMG I hope that useless robe never drops again (because they were DE it all the time), it has not dropped since then (several months). It is a huge running joke now in the guild.

Don't think this was originally called 1.9 bugs.

Anyway, if you die while stunned in a battleground atleast, you rez up and can't move or do shit and if you relog it'll make you leave the BG.

Also we were clearing the tech/lock/spellbinder etc thingy pulls to clear to Ebonroc in BWL. So we did a pull inside Firemaws room, moved in and as we're pulling from up the stairs randomly one of the mob pakcs spawned on us and wouldn't go away =/

Well apparently the Snake aspect has been announced as a bug, which is too bad. The new style made the encounter a little more interesting, rather like avoiding Onyxia's deep breath.

Speaking of, I have heard things about Onyxia's fear being bugged, but she seemed normal last night when we did her.

Hopefully the MC bugs are fixed up by Sunday night so we can raid like normal.

Also on Whisperwind WSG is randomly handing out the deserter debuff to people in the battleground.

People claim every single patch that Onyxia is changed yet she's the exact same everytime we fight her.

My point exactly. I am hearing all this talk about how her fear is sooooo different and its crazy, or that is doesn't work at all. When we went last night it was the same shit as always. I don't understand where these people are finding all these "changes" to Ony.

We downed her on Monday prior to the patch and last night. I didn't notice any difference in her fears either.

I heard people saying part of phase 2 was not working correctly either, but I did not notice anything.

Content wise the Onyxia fight is my favorite in game, it makes it seem more like you are fighting something worthy of challenging you than the normal stupid npc. The MC bosses don't make any major changes during their fight, such as suddenly flying above you, lol.

I wish there were more instanced encounters like Onyxia. I quit EQ because I was sick of spawn rushes like Kazzak/Azuregos and the new green dragons.

Definetly agree with you there Taxx. Onyxia empitomizes the vision I had for the WoW encounters when the game was in developement and little tidbits were being thrown at us.

I wish some of the other instance bosses were revamped to be more immersive and interactive like the Onyxia fight.

No matter how many times you see it, Onyxia flying above you in her cavern is an impressive sight.

I think, due to Lore, there can't be too many "new" encounters like that without adding to the lore, don't you think?

by Adivina
I don't even care if they are "new". For example if they revamped MC bosses to behave in a similar manner as the Onyxia fight I would be thrilled. I just like how the fight is very indepth in its content.

Ah i see, an event, something like domo/rag but more indepth. Would be nice, but there's so many players that dont know what a real "raid" is, this is their first mmo, and they're so locked into farming pve for items, farming pvp for items, that i highly doubt blizzard would even think to do something like that. Granted, people still complain about the farming, but along with their complaints they still login and play everyday.
