on NFL network
Rick Eisen is asking Rod Woodson if he'll wear a TD jersey of the broncos beat the steelers this weekend
Rod replies, " I didn't know they made jerseys for guys who only played 3 years in the league"
TD just sits there with his mouth open, babbling

Classic. TD annoys me for some reason, but I like Woodson. He's a good commentator, and his head glow doesn't envelop the TV screen.

I hate the guys who sit there and start every story with "..back when I was in the NFL I did...."
Terrell Davis, Sterling Sharpe, Boomer Esiason, Michael Irvin are all like that
Phil Simms is the best colour man in football atm
Dan Marino, Tom Jackson, and Lincoln Kennedy are all pretty good too

I like Joe Buck for an announcer. And Al Michaels. Joe Brown on Fox is about the only color commentator I can handle.
Nearly everyone on ESPN is shit.

Dan Fouts is by far the best commentator for football. I just wish he'd make the jump to the NFL.
I like Aikman, too, but sometimes he gets a bit of tangent.

Darryl Johnson is ok too
As shitty as it sounds, I can't stand a lot of the black guys, and the way they mush mouth most of their words
If I hear "let me axe you a question" during another interview I'm going to go nuts

Yeah, I don't quite get the Axe/Ask thing. We need to ask a black insider.
Zanchief, splain it to us white people, please.

I like Aikman and Joe Buck. I don't really mind any of the commentators though. They are mostly background noise. Even the Sunday Night Football crew amused me.
