A&E aired either friday night or will be airing again soon a made-for-tv movie about flight 93, appropriately named Flight 93, the flight that went into the ground in Pennsylvania I think. I'm pretty sure, anyway...the entire idea seems sinful to me. I would still watch it though, because it's one of those things I would feel guilty about if I changed the channel. hopefully they stuck to the facts as much as possible. then it's not so sinful.

not literally-but it seems wrong to make movies about things like that. I mean, they didn't just make it for shits and giggles, you know there was a profit. And that's why I don't mean it literally...because the profit for them, in return gives me a good film-about something important. Still, there is that profit. but yah I'm not all "omg boycott the movie!" because I will watch it. well...fuck, did it air yet?

So making movies about real life that also turns a profit is a bad thing ? Would it be less sinful if they gave all the monies away to 9/11 survivors ? People beleive what they see in movies and im sure everyone on that flight will look like a hero is that bad as well ?

I truly despise the "documentaries" that prey on human ignorance.

Making movies about real life that also turns a profit is not a bad thing. Remaking the events of 9/11 is kind of immoral to me, but listen, like I said I'm not above my morals. I am a loose woman! (kahar that is my final answer.) I understand remaking it...just seems weird in a sinful kind of way.

Would it be less sinful if they gave all the monies to survivors? I suppose it's not really sinful then, it's purposeful and that would be a great idea.

I know people believe what they see in movies, especially one that is adapted from real life. That is what makes it so intriguing, and I want to watch it for the reason that everyone will look like a hero. and I said before, I hope it's done well and truthfully.

good stuff~

Best part of it is how the FBI took the video of the crash into the pentagon for "National Security" and then only released 4 frames of it.

Gotta feel secure when stuff like that goes on, but I dare not mention it on the phone.
