The visuals alone should suffice for enough entertainment IMO.

Meaning simple exploration would be far more exciting than say, that shitbag of an MMO World of Kidcraft...
Exploring the world in ES:IV might actually seem like exploration instead of wandering an area looking at your automap. If your attention span is held by WoW, ES:IV might overload your brain with entertainment.

You're a fucking moron.
Why you would even compare this to an MMO baffles me.
Would like me to post anonymously so that you wouldn't have any ammunition and actually have to describe how you can be entranced for hours by looking at pretty pickturezzz?

Foutty whats your gamertag?
Definitely be buying this game, but fuck. Bethesda just refuses to do even basic 2 player co-op multiplayer. Pisses me off. A serious flaw in what looks like a fantastic game.

How in the world could you not compare it? Sure, it's designed to be a single player game, but the background is huge and immersive, what most MMOs strive for.
It's bigger than most MMOs, 16 square miles, including 1000s of NPCs on the Oblivion and Mortal side. Incorporate a tell system and it's probably WOW for 1/2 its population, minus the auction house.
It's essentially an MMO world created to be a single player, driven, 'me' experience. There is a lot of content and a lot of coolness to explore. It's massive, it'll have online updates, it's definitely a roleplaying game, it just isn't multiplayer which is a shame.
Some people want to farm and acquire stuff. Some people want content and to experience immersion. Each to their own.

I doubt even an anonymous Taxx post would fool many, unless you suddenly develop a case of schizophrenia.

My point is if anyone else had posted he wouldn't have even mentioned WoW. I'm sorry he's a little bitch and can't see past that.

Well, get right to the point and say fuck off, Harrison and quit making bad segues about good games.
Keep the personal insults personal, chief!
And do not insult looking at the pretty pictures. That's half the reason I play video games. Well, that and killing people online.

RISE FROM YOUR GRAVE
POWER UP
But seriously, no, I would have sitll compared it to Shit of Asscraft. Being as it's the "best selling computer game" it's a valid comparison.
The bonus is I get to make fun of your sad occupation on an equally pathetic MMO wannabe.

I'm still waiting for a reason to buy a 360, as it looks frickin cool. My cousin has it hooked up and solely plays tunes through it. I told him it was an expensive ass stereo.
I wonder how Oblivion will compare between the two.
Kaemon sighting! What's up, man?

Latest and greatest crystal ball protection says March. I wouldn't be surprised to see it pushed back until May, though.

I stream all my mp3s on my comp to my 7.1 stereo in the living room via 360 also, love it. Who needs a CD player.
Upon further review, the launch titles are definitely not the best of whats to come. I love COD2 and DOA 4 is a nice fighting game, Condemned also very good, but the previews ive seen of games to come will be great. Saw a long Gears of War video that looks great, and a car wars style game called Full Auto looks great too. And Oblivion of course.
Link to Gears of War demo if interested :

Oh yeah a flight sim coming out that looks incredible also. Im sure there wont be any lack of great games for this thing when all is said and done.

I just have too many memories of what a complete POS the first batch of Xboxs were. I'm hoping the second or third shipments will be better, like they were for the original system.
I think the reason MS may be limiting their 360s is just for that reason, so they will fix all the small glitches before flooding the public with them.
