I think they are pictures of demons in asian culture. They typically are used in oriental artwork when you see dragons and samurais. They are the image that is a cross between a man and a dragon and typically only show the face. What are these? Would they be demons or something else? And if i were looking for a pic of one, where would I find it?

I think you are talking about "Oni." They have horns on their heads and can look rather dragon-like in some art.

They retrieve the souls of evil people to take to the underworld for punishment.
