Seriously - no captian of the enterpise bullshit - but real jobs. If you could have any job you wanted - what would it be?

Captain of the...FUCK, DIEKAN!
My dream job would be head of sex research. Seriously, I have yet to find a topic that holds more interest with me. I just wonder if I could get burned out on it.
If I couldn't do that, I would want to own my own bar. One of them Cheers type bars only in a smaller town in New England.

Veterinarian - care specialties spanning from common pets such as dogs, to large exotic animals such as tigers. I'd also want to work on dog fighting/cruelty cases in hand with the police, working for a small good that people often overlook.
I've always dreamed of doing this, and yet I cut myself short and went to school for web design. Why? I guess I will never really know. I had the grades and everything to get into medical school, and now I have one more year until my bachelor's and I just feel like I don't want to start all over again.

Stay at home mom and work part time, tbh. Anyone who thinks stay at home mom isn't a job is a few olives short of a martini.
If it wasn't for wanting kids, though, I'd want to own a small restaurant.

CEO of any business. No particular industry drives me. My main motivational force is entrepreneurship-incorporation in general. No matter what industry, general good business models and practices always remain the same and are always challenging and fun.
My other dream, dunno if you could consider this "real", but a professional poker player. Living life on only your winnings is a fun way of living.

As soon as the second kid is old enough to go to day care, I will be going to school for my dream.
But it's a tossup between two.
Maternity nurse.
Child Behavioral Psychology
Not sure which is the one I really want to go ahead on.

I want the job for Microsoft that you go in to a building and try to steal computers/information, then if you get caught they give you a letter to show the people you're caught by. Its like security tester or someshit.

Graphic design... but ideally it'd be fantasy artwork, not designing the layout of like... mechanics magazines. Doing portraits of MMO characters for a living would be swell.

i'd like to be one of those cats who reads other people's books and decides whether they should be published or not. i'd love to get paid for reading.
or to be paid to travel for some reason... i can't think of any good reason, though hehe
OH! i also think it would be fun to be the person who takes the pictures that go on jigsaw puzzles... i know that sounds retarded but the people who do it now do a really shitty job.
or interior design.
gosh i guess i just don't really have a dream job

....just preferably something for which i get paid enough to live comfortably. i don't need to be rich but i'd rather be in a better position than i am now, parceling out tiny paychecks to make sure i can eat.

Video Game Music Composer
I think it's definitely a possibility in the future, I'm getting good enough that I could probably write (relatively) really good stuff for amateur games now. @@

Yamouri - my friend's husband is a composer, and he recently sold a bunch of songs to a catalogue which is distributed for video games/commercials/movies to use as background music. I forget the name, but I will try to remember to ask her so you can maybe contact them. I do not know all the specifics but I believe he gets a percentage of the sales each time someone buys his song, but no money up front.
