if you dont know what I am talking about here is a link to some of the vids...

On April 10, Ghyslain Raza's $160,000 lawsuit against three ex-classmates is to be heard by a Quebec Court judge in Trois Rivieres. Raza - who gained notoriety in 2003 as the "Star Wars Kid" - is suing his former classmates for posting a private video of him wielding a mock "light sabre" on the Internet.

So let me get this straight...if your fucking dumb enough to film yourself acting like a retard you are dumb enough to have it posted on the web as a gag. Thats like guys talking thier girls into filming thier sex so if and when they break up the guy has a revege chip he can play.

Doesn't sound like he posted the video. That will probably be the deciding factor.

If that was me I wouldn't cry about it, I'd actually be kind of proud.

if he was stupid enough to video tape himself being an asshole then hey he is a moron. Dont video tape anything that you dont want out on the webz later.

Imagine you made a porno with your wife and your babysitter stole the tape and put it on the internet. I'm pretty sure that's illegal and I bet the same law applies.

I'm not arguing that it's stupid. If you make a movie and it ends up on the internet don't cry about it.

I'm just saying that legally he probably has a case.

But, looking at that jackass, do you think 3 friends of his have $160,000 between the three of them combined?

Is he able to sue them if he can't prove it was a "private" video? Isn't that why Pam Anderson couldn't sue or is she just too stupid?

No clue, my knowlege of the law is limited to car searching.

Didn't he video tape himself at school using the school video camera? I don't know how that could be considered private.
