I think once CoV comes out, that the franchise will really take off and become that much more fun.

Anyone know if this will be open PvP in CoV? or duels because it would be really gay if it was just duels im hoping for open pvp thats where the funs at, been listening to all the carbear crybaby's on the CoH boards not wanting any pvp.

It will be consentual PVP.
From what little that has been released and seen at E3,
Villains can take missions, such as rob a bank, heroes can take missions to stop the villain.
Some open PVP zones, witht eh possible addition of Hero raids on Villain bases.
Housing/hero bases will be added with COV or just before according to a recent dev post.
There will be no open PVP. If you want you can never even see PVP. So no worrying about the gank fest other PVP gaes have.
