Text of the Email...
Dear Moslem Association: As a professor of Mechanical Engineering here at MSU I intened to protest your protest.
I am offended not by cartoons, but by more mundane things like beheadings of civilians, cowardly attacks on public buildings, suicide murders, murders of Catholic priests (the latest in Turkey!), burnings of Christian chirches, the continued persecution of Coptic Christians in Egypt, the imposition of Sharia law on non-Muslims, the rapes of Scandinavain girls and women (called "whores" in your culture), the murder of film directors in Holland, and the rioting and looting in Paris France.
This is what offends me, a soft-spoken person and academic, and many, many, many of my colleagues. I counsul you dissatisfied, agressive, brutal, and uncivilized slave-trading Moslems to be very aware of this as you proceed with your infantile "protests."
If you do not like the values of the West -- see the 1st Ammendment -- you are free to leave. I hope for God's sake that most of you choose that option. Please return to your ancestral homelands and build them up yourselves instead of troubling Americans.

MSU officials said there's little that can be done to punish Indrek Wichman, 55, a tenured professor of mechanical engineering, because his comments essentially constitute free speech.

The students are still going to force MSU to put the teachers thru 'sensitivity training' and anything else they can get away with demanding.

And any further decision that they would make would be entirely economical. Don't kid yourself, it's not minority agenda's that dictate corporate policy, its money.

If the faculty thought they could get enrolment up they'd be publishing weekly comic strips about Mohamed’s crazy capers.
This has nothing to do with PC sensitivity. It’s all about money.

My Muslim roommate was livid about the comic strips. It's too bad he doesn't understand that Muhammad was just a prophet, and not "Allah."

You're partially right, it is about money. It's about alumni and endowments and not offending anyone that might put cash in their hands. Last thing they want is negative press, so if they have to give those kids blow jobs they'll do it just to keep them from causing a bigger stink than they already have.

The rule applies to Muhammad. So I think you're the one that doesn't understand.

The caricature of the guy with the beard and a bomb on his turban was Muhammad. Muslims act like it was "Allah." What

The rule is that niether of them will be depicted, I believe. So Muhammad is not ok either.

They are silly, too. I have a neighbor that's all wigged out about the Harry Potter books. So I asked her if she had read any, her answer "No". So I ask her how does she know what's in them. She heard some weirdo on the radio ranting about them. How can you condemn something on someone else's word, can't you think for yourself and form your own opinions? No answer.
