Need advice about a girl

So there's this girl I run into a lot near my officespace. She's absolutely gorgeous, but that's not really what I like about her. I like how intelligent, witty and profound she is. She's just beautiful in and out.
As the days go by, we start meeting each other up for lunch and really clicking as friends. I'm really interested in her.
Here's the problem. I have a girlfriend already and we get along great. She has a boyfriend whom she's happy with (I smell a hint of boredom too). I've tried to just forget but everytime I stay in for lunch she'll go to my office and get me or she'll have me paged and me being as interested as I am I don't necessarily fight myself and try to avoid her as much as I should.
I can avoid her if I put effort into it without a problem, however, something is telling me that I am missing a huge opportunity if I let this one go, but at the same time I already have a girlfriend who's really awesome and tolerant of my doucheosity not to mention that the other girl has a boyfriend already as well. What do I do?

You forgot the option of "Arrange for a 3-way"

convince both of them to join you for a 3way
where the fuck is that option?

I would try that if it was just a physical attraction but it's more than that. Never done the 3 way thing though so I am kinda curious=P

I get the sneaking suspicion shes toying with you a little. Likes the attention. Likes to flirt. Maybe even looking for a fling?
You have a good thing with your gf. She is happy with her bf.
I smell disaster if you start fucking with that. But hey, what do I know. Cant really tell you what to do on this one.

Step 1) Print out the word "Perfection"
Step 2) Frame it
Step 3) Give it to your girlfriend
Step 4) Tell her it's a mirror
...

Step 1) Print out the word "Beautiful"
Step 2) Find a new girl to try and sleep with

Keep her as backup-pocket-pussy and keep your current girlfriend until she's available (or willing to cheat on her boyfriend).
Alcohol makes this process much easier if you want to go 007 style and keep 2 women.

Yep, he's absolutely right.
Think about it man. If you smell a hint of boredom with her current boyfriend, how long do you think it'll be before she gets bored with you? In the end you could potentially end up with no one - after you dump your current GF for her and after she dumps you down the road for someone new.
I live by one major rule when dating. Never, ever take a woman who leaves another man for you serious. Because it is almost 100% inevitable that sooner or later you'll be the one being left.
Secondly, why are you even toying with the idea of seeing another chick when you've already got one? Being a little selfish are we? You obviously have no concern or the slightest bit of consideration for the feelings of the woman you're currently with.
I don't like cheaters, either male or female.
If you're that attracted to another woman I would suggest doing your current GF a favor and leave her now because obviously she isn't right for you. Secondly, I some how doubt she deserves to treated like that by someone she obviously trusts and cares about.
Fact of the matter is you're a male - and nother anyone says here will make a difference. You're shlong will make the choice for you and in the end you're going to end up in a bad situation. Alone.
I guess the question is: what has your current GF done to deserve being made a complete fool of and humiliated by you cheating on her?

Oddly enough, there is no option to remain friends with her and not say anything to her....which is what I think should happen.

Just remember that happiness, contentment, are elusive things in life.
If you have that with your current gf (you guys dont argue all the time) then what you have is more valuable than any amount of money. Dont lose sight of that. Or youll end up in some Jerry Springer soap opera shit.
And who needs that. Well, some people I guess. Love to make trouble for themselves. Drama drama drama.

How old are you?
If you're young you should maybe try it out, let your GF down lightly, but please for the love of god don't move in with this woman.

Have never cheated. I haven't done anything except eat lunch and laugh about shit. I just see something there and am thinking about a course of action. I think I've made up my mind, but I was interested in what NT had to say about it.

That's how cheating would eventually happen and I'd rather avoid that.

I prefer no grass on my field when I play...
So if it's greener, I definitely am not touching it

It's hard to explain but like, she's a total fantasy woman ya know. Every bit my type and everything I like about women rolled into one.
To be honest, I've grown disinterested in my gf over the past few weeks to no fault of her own but because of my hectic work schedule and the fact we never spend time with each other or talk to each other. It wouldn't be right for me to endulge on a convenient fantasy when there's someone who stuck it through with me during the times that were a little less than fantasy. So I'm gonna let her know how I feel and let her decide whether she wants to stay or not and I'm gonna try to avoid the hotty hotness of hotosity as much as I can.

Youre lying to yourself if you think your infatuation with this girl has nothing to do with your sudden boredness with your current gf.

It has plenty to do with it. If the boredom wasn't there I might not have examined as closely as I did. Trust me I know how to keep things in a realistic perspective. Either way it was just a thought that crosed my mind.

don't listen to all these douche-towels....
How old are you ? Under 90? Great, fuck this whores brains out. She wants it, you want it, end of story.
See where it goes from there. The great thing is that she does have a boyfriend. So if she puts out she can't get mad when you finally break it off with her. I mean if she does sleep with you and cheats on her boyfriend it just means she's an unloyal low class slam-beast...You on the other hand are just a player if you do it.
Never pass on the opportunity for a nice piece... unless she's under 18... 17's ok if your dutch I think or from Kentucky.

Oh. The only reason to disregard my advice is if you are 110 percent sure you are going to marry your current G/F.

Ok, then break up with your current gf and be single for a bit.
