I would like to find a way to log into my computer remotley to manage my bazaar seller. I would like to setup a cheap computer that runs on low power during the day at work to sell my goods. My computer at home takes way to much power to leave on all day. I have tried remote desktop but it does not display properly.

If anyone has any suggestions or has done this in the past that would be great.

No. You VPN to your network, then run a remote control solution like Citrix, or even something ghetto like VNC, etc

If you have the horsepower, I highly suggest using Microsoft Virtual PC, use a session to VPN to your home and then run antyhing from that network hub that you need.
