Looking for a good handheld

I'm looking for a PDA that I can use with my service software.
Requirements:
It needs to have an unlocked cellphone so it can be used by multiple carriers.
Atleast 64mb of sdram after the operating system takes it's chunk. The more memory the better.
Windows Mobile 5.0
Barcode scanner
Printing capabilities (does not need a printer, but the ability to print)
