What would they think up next? There's a lemon-flavored drink laced with nicotine called Nic Lite. It's meant to tide over smokers when they can't light up on a plane or in a bar. An 8-ounce bottle contains the same amount of nicotine as two cigarettes.

Company's Website
According to them, they have found a way to process pure organic nicotine into a odorless, flavorless, and colorless substance that is added to purified water with a hint of lemon flavoring.
If what they say is true, and if it really tastes as good as they say, this might just be the miracle for my dad that I've been searching for.

I think I just threw up a little bit
I think it's safe to say that since people who chew usually deal with canker sores on a regular basis, swallowing the stuff swimming around in their mouth is pretty likely to cause internal sores as well.
To be clear, nicotine itself doesn't cause ulcers, but it does cause higher acid levels in the stomach, which increases the chance of getting an ulcer, but no moreso than smoking, the patch, or nicotine gum does.
Drinking this water is still a fuckton safer than smoking a pack a day.

Probably still a fuckton safer than drinking as much as I do a week of alcohol...even on an "off week"
