My annoying computer that sucks now has a new problem.

I can't download anything. I can view pages fine but as soon as I try downloading a file it gives me an error saying I cannot find blah blah page.

I don't think It's a virus, I've run anti-virus a few times.

I've been having a similar probelm at home with my work laptop. If the internet has been idle for a few minutes, I get the cannot find blah blah page. I have to remove the ethernet cable, wait a few secs, and plug it back in. I've also run anti-spyware, anti-virus, and re-upped the firmware on my router. My home computer rarely has the problem.
