Think my all time favorite call was a woman who was complaining about her internet being down, when I asked her to reboot her computer she didn't know how. I had her describe to me the computer and she told be about lots of buttons. An up and down arrow, a bit buttong with e triagle pointng to the right, a button with a big square on it.

I asked her if it had a large rectagle shaped door on the front, she said yes. When I tried to explaioned that wasn't her computer, she yelled at me for trying to call her an idiot, she knew that was her computer no matter how much I didn't want to help her.

Must have been a good hour before she hung up on me to get a new tech.

Not really tech support...but best support call I remember is the guy that couldn't figure out how to use his penis pump. We had a guy in the office talking him thru the process...it was so damn funny he put it on speaker phone. Everyone was dying from laughter.
