North Korea aren't the only one test firing missile designed to carry nuclear warheads. India's missile, the Agni III, plunged into the Bay of Bengal short of its target Sunday. The Agni III designed to reach 1,900 miles and capable of carrying a 200-300 kiloton nuclear warhead.

Yeah North Korea isn't the only one but this missile is pos it's range won't even make it considered an ICBM so not anywhere close to as significant as north korea's program.

doesn't matter, India is aiming to hit a country right on their border. they don't need ICBM's
